I had an outstanding experience with Alex at Verizon. He helped me trade in my iPhone 13 Pro for the new iPhone 17 Pro, and the entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free.
Alex took the time to explain all my options clearly, walked me through the trade-in details, and made sure I got the best possible deal. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I left happy with my upgrade.
It’s rare to find a salesperson who’s both professional and personable, but Alex nailed it. If you’re thinking about upgrading or need help with anything Verizon-related, I highly recommend asking for him. Great customer service all around!

Cassie was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get my issue solved, and she did it with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. She took the time to really listen to what was going on, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was fully taken care of before I left.
It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Cassie does. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Verizon is lucky to have her if you get the chance to work with Cassie, you’re in great hands!

Everyone was vere nice and helpful.. i needed wifi for my son to do his school work and Michael the guy who helped me set everything up went out of his way for me when he didnt have to... He helped me more than he knows and I appreciate it so much!!!

I just had the most amazing service from Chloe at the Verizon Store located at 238 US Hwy 41 S, Inverness, FL. She was able to help satisfy a billing problem I've had for almost a month. My daughter Sarah and my son Andrew had an amazing experience with Corey at Verizon. From the moment they walked in, Corey was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to really listen to their needs, explain everything clearly, and made sure they felt comfortable and taken care of.

I came in on 4/16/25 and received excellent customer service from Andrew Hayes. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He made sure to provide me with the best options. He explained different options available and was able to correct the issues I was having with my bill. He was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that very much as I had just switch to this company and the store I started my service at had not explained anything to me. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for any of their Verizon needs. Thank you Andrew!
