Mobil Country Store is a welcoming and friendly gas station that offers delicious, authentic, and fresh Cuban pastries. The employees are kind and the portions of their Cuban sandwiches are surprisingly large, with one sandwich easily feeding up to four people. The store also boasts a clean and well-stocked interior with a variety of snacks and drinks, as well as clean restrooms, making it a convenient stop for travelers.
Good guava pastry and chicken croquettes. The chicken empanada had an ingredient I didn’t love (pimento maybe? Or a picked pepper? Idk) but I’m the crust was good and overall very nice. I get the comments on demeanor but that’s just people being people. If you can cook like this I forgive you. :)

GET THE EMPANDAS! They're the best we've ever had. Gorgeous crust, perfectly seasoned beef. You won't be sorry stopping here. (We heard the chicharones (sp?) are also great.
