It is a fairly new, gorgeous store that is clean and large, both inside and out, with a distinctive exterior resembling a Key West house. While it is on the smaller side and not a typical Publix layout, its organized aisles include a convenient center cut-through. The store incorporates a pleasant beach theme, especially in the bakery which features beach-themed cakes and cupcakes, and also stocks ocean equipment like snorkels and towels. Customers enjoy the wide selection, including high-quality meats, very fresh local produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and signature Deli subs and Bakery items. The delicious soup bar and weekly offers are also appreciated. Some note that prices are slightly elevated compared to other supermarkets, which may be due to its remote Keys location. However, the award-winning customer service is consistently highlighted as very good and friendly, with associates and managers going above and beyond to help, even accepting expired rainchecks or arranging special orders for missing items. This Publix provides a great experience and is highly recommended.
