My husband and I have been going to this location for over 20 years. This is the first time that I have had a problem. They send a monthly reward coupons and we spend money there every month. I never had a problem with getting the discount coupon redeemed on my order until today. The cashier was totally inept. She did not know how to enter the coupon and tied me up for over 15 minutes with her nonsense. Even after she got help to do it right she still shorted me $5.00 off on my order and did not know how to correct it. Another inept person said they could just delete the order and start all over again. How stupid if you cannot do the right thing the first time you make the customer stand there for another 15 minutes. Please find competent cashiers and stop inconveniencing your customers for their lack of training. This used to be a great place to shop but today I did not recognize any of these people must be new owners providing this poor service.

The Plants And Flowers Here Are Vibrant .
I Would Spend Here $3000 Easy Between Garden Decorations And All Types Of Lively Platnts To Spruce Up The House. I Really Like Their Variety Of Water Fountains And Statues. Highly Recommend!

They are supposed to be dog friendly so I always take my dog here but every single time I go in they say that they have a worker who’s apparently terrified of dogs. So if you’re planning on taking your dog there to go shopping you might want to try a different location since this is apparently such a big deal at a dog friendly store.

Needed help today with a step stool that needed new feet! Not only did Tim find what I needed he installed them for me. This is not the first time he has gone above and beyond. When I thanked him he said he is from old school hardware. That is so rare today. Thank you Tim.

Turner Ace Hardware, Marsh Landing, Jacksonville Beach is as close to an old-fashioned hardware store as I have found in Jacksonville. I had a issue with stripped/worn-out screws on an old pole saw. Assistant Manager Tim replaced the old and put in new components. He made sure everything worked like new. He also adjusted another part of the pole that was loose. The pole is working great. I was charged only for the screw parts. I offered to pay for the labor. Felt deserved. Tim's upbeat answer: This is on us (Ace). Happy we could do.
What an attitude and approach for a business to. have.

We always enjoyed this particular Ace Hardware store when we lived in JAX, but don’t visit it often as we have moved from the area. The associate who was near the back of the store (near the bathrooms) went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for, arrange for the large size item to be removed from high on the wall, and facilitated us through the checkout process. She also advised us on “Sun & weather resistance” of the large plant we’d thought to put on our front porch. Super helpful check-out clerk, as well as the young men who helped take the large item off the wall and wrap it up in bubble wrap for us to transporting it to its new home.

Guy behind counter couldn't say hello or be friendly at all. As usual my Ace rewards were useless. Spent 76$ and my 15 $ rewards coupon could not be used. Why bother sending them out? Not going back.
