Turner Ace Hardware provides extraordinary customer service with amazing smiles and extremely knowledgeable staff. Customers consistently report that associates go above and beyond, offering an old-fashioned hardware store experience that is rare today. Staff are always helpful, from the front counter to associates throughout the store, often providing free labor and adjustments while only charging for parts.
The store offers a wide variety of products, including vibrant plants and flowers, garden decorations, water fountains, and statues. Associates are super helpful in finding items, arranging for large items to be retrieved, and advising on product suitability. The team facilitates a smooth checkout process and will even install parts or wrap items for transport. This approach and attitude make Turner Ace Hardware the best and a highly recommended hardware store for the community.
It is the honest care, concern and helpfulness of all the employees at Turner Ace Hardware that sets this business apart and above from all other hardware stores.
