“I was having trouble with my car shutting off while driving, so I took my car here to get my battery checked to see if it was the battery or the alternator and it ended up being that my battery had 0% health. Tyler took his time to explain the differences in the batteries they offered and helped me choose the right one! He also noticed that I didn’t have a brace on my battery and recommended I also add that on to keep it from moving around to make it last longer. Tyler was so nice and helpful and even interacted with my kids to help keep them entertained while they were waiting! The manager Nick was also very nice and helpful and helped Tyler install it to get us out of there quickly! It was so nice to see a manager who is also hands on and it was so nice to see such great customer service from Tyler! Thank you Tyler and Nick!!”

“Parker at the Jax beach 3rd street location was phenomenal! Found the headlight I needed asap. Most places now won’t put them in if it’s a 2 step process, but Parker asked if he could take a quick look and see what he could do. He found a clever way to get to it through a back panel and installed it for me. I’ll be asking for Parker from now on, and encourage everyone else to as well.”
