“I purchase an alternator last month and unfortunately it was a defective one from the manufacturer not from O'Reilly's and it was under warranty and I had three alternators from the store on Atlantic Boulevard well needless to say all three were bad so I called the store manager his name is Tom and he politely heard my whole store what was going on the whole dilemma and he said what can I do to make it right well he took my information and he called me on a Saturday if I'm not mistaken just recently and he took care of the whole situation everything was handled so professionally and he was a man of his word thank you very much”
“Great customer service and ready to help. Came in and Gavin assisted with getting my battery tested and was honest on battery health (it was still good). Tested the alternator and was healthy also. Still got a new battery since it was 4 years old. Gavin was great getting the battery installed and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Very informative and was able to get me a reasonably priced battery. Highly recommend and would be going back whenever I need something for my vehicles.”

Robert does a diagnostic check on my battery to assure that is the problem. I have 3 mercedes-benz and this is where I get my battery and have saved $100's over the years. “Long story short: my phone would not charge regardless how much I struggled and forced it to connect. I needed my phone working. My wife and son were traveling extensively and I'm 72. I needed a new phone, but with my son's knowledge to select the right one, and they wouldn't be home for six more days. With only 40 percent charge left, I had to leave it off, and check it briefly a couple times a day. I went to Batteries Plus to get a new battery, hoping that would buy me more time. Mike Fox at the San Jose store informed me that unfortunately they are not always shipped from the factory fully charged. He took my phone and worked on it intently behind the counter for several minutes. He then handed it back to me and said, "It's not perfect, but it's better. It is charging." She was friendly, patient and pure awesome. My first purchase was a mistake as the sunshade turned out too small, but she made exchanging it for another product a complete breeze. “Went there looking to change to batteries. He tested my battery for my car key, and replaced it with a lifetime warranty battery for $22. He looked at my phone, and instead of trying to make another sell, He showed me how I can prolong the battery. While I was there, I decided to see if they had the connector for my car battery. Again the salesman was super helpful, and went out and looked at the connector with me. Incredible customer service!”

“Had a dead battery gentleman at the front counter Bryan was super helpful he tested my battery and confirmed that the battery wasn’t holding charge. Thankfully the battery was still under warranty. Bryan replaced the battery for me as I had no tools in hand to do so. My warranty ends these upcoming months I will most definitely be buying my next battery from O Reilly lol this time with a 3 year warranty. Thank you for the great customer service.”

“This is easily a five-star review. I contacted this establishment a few days ago while pricing a replacement auto battery. Battery Depot had the best price, even besting Sam's Club, and less than three miles from my home. I stopped in this morning, right before they opened at 8:00, and was out the door by 8:05. The entire process was efficient and I was clearly explained the warranty coverage. The spot is convenient, however tucked away on Ramona. I highly recommend this business if you need a quality batter at a good price.”
