“Excellent customer service from start to finish. As a woman, I truly appreciate how respectful, patient, and helpful the staff is every time I visit. They have helped me with my battery, wipers, oil, brake pads, brakes, and many other things for my vehicle. If something is heavy, they carry it to your car, and if you don’t know how to install a part, they are always willing to help. The best part is that they also speak Spanish, which makes customers feel even more comfortable and welcomed. Everything I buy for myself and my family, I continue buying from this same store because of the trust and excellent service they provide. You can truly tell they care about their customers and go above and beyond to help people. Very grateful for their service throughout the years. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Best store manager Grillo and the Best assistant manager Madianette !!!”

“Excellent shop! Well organized, and packed with batteries for just about every vehicle and application. I called a few hours before I could make it in. When I arrived, Sysadmin remembered exactly which battery I needed from that conversation; impressive memory. He also shared some solid tips on how to get the most life out of it. Professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Pricing was competitive compared to competitors when I called around. This is now my go-to for auto batteries and anything for my toys.”
