“My phone was beyond repair—my internal system as well as my external screen (front and back) were broken. I originally went to another T-Mobile store, and they pawned me off to a website, answered my questions with “I don’t know,” and had no intention of helping me. After coming to this location, I was greeted by Micheal and Anika who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process. They explained the different steps I could take as well as all my options for trade ins and any other questions I had! They helped me understand the process and informed me on my best deals! All in all, it was an amazing experience! Special shout out to Micheal for being awesome!”

“I placed a pickup order and it said it would be ready in two hours. Received the email and text saying it was ready for pickup. My son went to the desk to get it and was told because the order was placed late in the day it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow???????? I place the order around 3pm and there was nothing saying anything like that. Just that it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. It was 4 items. So I called and Brian O’Malley answered and while I was on the phone with him went and got the 4 items and made sure I got my order. I just wanted to say that nowadays customer service is lacking in most places but not with Brian. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. So please let him know that the Stitch Disney doll he went and found made my 2 year old granddaughter very happy!! Thank you Brian for caring about your customers and being a genuinely nice man!! Oh and Target please don’t say something will be ready and email and text it’s ready for pickup and then say please pick up ASAP due to limited space and then not have it ready.
