“I just picked up my 1998 bay craft flats edition from Bear boats and fiberglass repair, I highly recommend Nick and his team. On my boat I just bought it had some bare fiberglass on the keel and and the trailer had an issue, I called Nick and brought my boat by for him to look at it, he told me the work that needed to be done. I told him my budget and not only did he work with me I told him I had a tournament I wanted to fish this weekend and he was able to get the job knocked out! “I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. I was greeted by Lizbeth and Rosalba and while explaining my phone issues Vanessa the area Manager came out to assist me.Customer service A+, Problem solving A+. I like the fact that I was there for a while and never felt like a number and all 3 were very attentive to my needs and concerns. This is a cricket that I would come back to because I know that they will get my concerns resolved and I will be treated like a customer and not a number. “I cannot say enough about this company. Ordering was easy, informative, and quick. There was an issue with the quality of the product I ordered so someone called me personally before they shipped it out. Asked if it was OK to send the product or if I wanted something different and even adjusted the price to reflect the casing scratches that caused the quality downgrade. I accepted the offer to still receive my PC. When it arrived, I was impressed with the way it looked. No visible damage that would have turned me away at all. “I visited Target to shop for groceries today and noticed that they have remodeled the entire store. I have mobility issues and requested assistance in finding items from several employees. Many pointed in the general direction of where items were located but I was unable to find what I was looking for. Thank GOD for the employees who went above and beyond the call of duty and directed me to the areas where the items were located. Kudos to Angela and Christopher who showed me where to find the items. Four stars because several employees were vague and and not willing to assist me with my grocery shopping on today. I hope that Angela and Christopher receive special recognition for going the extra mile (5 stars for these two employees).”

“This is the most polite people in the shop I cam in for my charging cord because it wasn't charging my battery's and they did a test and it took a little bit to get checked and the battery's was all good then they gave me a new charging cord with no charg but a warranty on it it made me happy and u guys are the best and the most coolest rc shop of all thnk u for helping I will be getting another rc soon one day thnk u so much for helping hopefully u get more sells and more people.Ps: ur the best”

“Honest and great working people. I had issues with 2 car amps and the diagnosed both in a timely manner and kept me in the loop about what the issues were . 1 of the amps I took to a car audio shop and they told me it was bad but the electronic service squad found it to be in working order with no issues. Turned out it was my bass knob and had nothing to do with my amp.they were very honest and very helpful. I will definitely be taking all my electronics to these guys in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They took time to hook my amp up and show me that it was in working condition even though they were busy. So if you have anything that needs repairs trust e.s.s to take care of it and not rip you off...very price friendly and very knowledgeable.”

She’s obviously an exceptional sales person, because she can recommend without being pushy, and her observation skills were phenomenal. I would make sure to take good care of her, because I’m trying to think of a good fit for her in my company! She’s an excellent ambassador for your store and products.”
“Great for Electrical Contractors that specialize in voice, data, security, fire alarms etc. I called, they had what I needed, then within 30 minutes (I had to drive there as the order was too small for delivery) I had the items in hand and back to work!”
“I actually ended up buying a phone. The sales team was super. At first I thought I wanted one particular phone so they called around and found one at one of their stores and had them hold it for me. Then I changed my mind and got a different one and after purchasing it they set everything up for me and showed me how to work all the bells and whistles. Also cricket is having a huge sale right now and you can get 5G phones for free for switching to them and bringing your phone number with you. I mean they have Samsung's Motorola's iPhones all of that either free or really low cost for switching right now. And if you have EBT or any government program like that you get $30 off your plan per month. The $60 plan which includes HBO Max unlimited high speed data.. high speed being the key words here, of course unlimited talk and text, HBO Max and all sorts of perks. So if you have automatic payment taken out of your bank $9 off a month if you have EBT $30 off of that a month so if you do automatic withdrawal with EBT you're looking at like a $21 a month phone bill for all of that and you can't beat that with a stick.”
