“This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”

“Five stars for Joseph and the T-Mobile team inside the Jacksonville Sam’s Club! They made upgrading our phones incredibly easy, walked us through the best deals, and handled all our questions with absolute professionalism. If you want fast, friendly, and expert service without the usual hassle, see them first. Highly recommended! T-Mobile so far has outperformed Verizon on every metric. Especially on the signal front, and on the price. Who doesn't want better signal for less money? After the sale Mr. Joseph stayed in contact with me to make sure our incoming devices arrived within the projection that was given. They did, and everything is working as promised. See ya later Verizon!”

“I recently switched my brother and myself to Cricket Wireless, but we immediately hit a wall trying to activate his SIM and port his number. The phone customer service was a complete disaster and entirely unhelpful. While most representatives simply gave up and admitted they had no idea what was going on, Renee refused to quit until she found a solution.Yesterday, I encountered a similar technical issue myself. Renee spent a solid half-hour exhausting every option to fix my service as well. As a former AT&T employee, I have seen many agents give up halfway through difficult cases. I am incredibly impressed by Renee's persistence. We will remain loyal Cricket customers solely because of her exceptional care.”
