I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much!
