She was incredibly helpful after the sale - and kept us up-to-date on the delivery of our chandelier - which was delivered earlier than we expected - another pleasant surprise.
The service after the sale was even more amazing. When the chandelier arrived, one of the cylinders was broken. Sarah was incredibly responsive and ordered a new one - and because she knew we needed it because we were hosting a holiday dinner - she gave us one from the showroom floor!!

He is very familiar with the product line and answered all of our questions. Scotty never advised us to purchase the most expensive bed. He encouraged us to try out all the beds and explained the differences. He explained that all of the beds were 20 beds in one and that all of them are high quality. “I just wanted to let you know that your fragrance oils are the real deal! My wife bought me a small spritzer bottle of your fragrance oils at an event, you were vendoring at, the Soul Food Festival. I have a car that a previous relative had that smoked in it. I have tried everything to remove the smell. I used a couple of sprays from the fragrance oil in the course of two days. Not only is the smell completely gone but it still has a lingering fragrant smell weeks later! I am very impressed by the product and it is always good to buy something that works as advertised. “Tried to walk in at 7:45 when they close at 8 which says it on the door, the entry doors were locked but the exit doors were unlocked, I was first ambushed not greeted by Ms. Allen white older lady with pink short hair and she didn’t even say hello the first words were, “We Close in 15 minutes” I had to say hello to her! Julisha greeted me properly and I thank her for turning my not so good experience into a better one considering I’m here ALL the time. Joana is awesome too!”
“They have an impressive selection of bird baths, I’m excited to return just for those and all the nice outdoor items (statues, fountains, stepping stones, tables and benches, etc.) they have. It’s huge, with everything from bins and bins of drawer pulls and knobs, to doors, windows, sinks, knick knacks, etc. Records, clothing, lots of live edge wood and other lumber pieces, chandeliers and other light fixtures, a woodworking shop that does custom pieces, lots of other unique vintage items. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable, a lot of the items I was interested in were actually lower in price than what I’d guessed before looking at the tag. They have restrooms and parking right when you pull in, and additional parking towards the back.”

“This Ikea was pretty crowded (Monday, MLK day, around 1pm) when my wife and I visited, so be prepared to wear your mask and mind your social distancing. Upon entering, the bathrooms are easily accessible on the right hand side of the entrance/lobby, so it's convenient if you already need to go after a long road trip :) My wife said the ladies' room was clean and no lines to wait for a stall. The family restroom (a lockable private bathroom) where I went was fairly clean as well.
Overall, lots of furniture and kitchen displays to try out and enjoy. We observed plenty of interior design tips and color pairings that we wanted to try out in our own living space. We had a lot of fun even if we had to avoid the more crowded spots. They didn't have the couch we were interested in, but the furniture clerk, Michele, was very helpful in attempting to find it and explain which warehouse might have it. Of course, check online. Michele also showed us a mind-boggling shortcut to the furniture pickup area from the sofa display room that was definitely not on the map...TARDIS moment right there ?
The chair we were looking for in the furniture pick-up aisles was not in the designated spot where Michele gave us a printout for, but we were able to locate it with the help of an untagged Ikea inventory manager (it was a few aisles down in the center where the sales items were).
Sidenote: The parking lot can get super hectic. While we were shopping, our car got scratched on a rear plastic side panel. It could've been anybody since the vehicle we were parked next to when we first arrived was not the same one as when we came back from shopping and when we noticed the scratch, we were finishing up loading the car. The parking lot is not designed to fit all sizes of vehicles and parking spaces should be wider to accommodate the more common trucks, SUVs, and minivans that are on the road nowadays.
We probably will not come back again until the parking situation changes and bathrooms are cleaned more often in between customers. Aside from that, if you just want to see the furniture that you're planning to buy online from Ikea.com, this is a good place to check it out.”

“I appreciate the cleanliness and a vibrant spirit while in the store, but it was challenging to find an associate to help me find cross stitching. Then when I finally located someone they did not know where they were located, instead another customer ended up helping me find exactly what I was looking for. So, great store, but definitely need more helpful associates to work the floor especially during busy seasons such as the holidays.”

“What a cute little shop located between 2 fabulous eateries ( Foo Dog Curry Traders & 13 Gypsies) I'm not sure what kind of shop to call this as they sell things from plants to stickers but it works. Browse their candles, dish towels, cards etc. everything is adorable and unique. If you're looking for a beautiful indoor plant like a philodendron then have that too. I was so busy shopping I forgot to take pictures. Go check out this small business & see for yourself.”
