“I have had mostly positive experiences at this Home Depot. My comment for the whole company is about requiring veterans to register on the Home Depot app to receive a discount. I believe that if my Florida driver’s license indicates that I’m a veteran that should be adequate for the discount. HD wants veterans to apply via the app for the discount to track their spending patterns. Hogwash! Home Depot please do what’s right/ethical for the veterans who served our country. Don’t make us sign up for the app to give us a veterans discount if it’s already verified by the state and on our license. Thank you!”

Today, without prompting, a young Home Depot employee, Joey came to my rescue and loaded 40 pound bags of salt into my truck. What a great person to have on their team. I am impressed.”
