I feel like I left the store with the absolutely perfect product to meet my needs, but without any unnecessary upsales.”

“Came in because of a broken phone. Originally had xfinity for my wireless but decided to come in to see my other options. Marnie immediately greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. She was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to me. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 17e, case, screen protector, and a charging cable. She showed me how to use my new phone to FaceTime my grandkids and also explained the benefit of protection after what had happened to my last phone. Great job!
