“This is an HONEST REVIEW. PLEASE READ. This is by far the most professional phone repair shop in Jacksonville. Not only are they honest but their customer service is top tier. The previous repair shop charged me $300 for a LCD screen that broke a week later. I called Alex and he told me he can have it fixed in 7mins. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly welcoming and again HONESTY. My phone was fixed in the time frame he gave and for the price we discussed. He replaced my screen with the OLED NOT LCD. Other shops quoted me $400 for the OLED. Integrity will take a company far and this company will be one that goes far.”

“Unfortunately i have had bad service before at this location and today my mother needed help and we live right next to this location so we decided we would give it a try, thinking we were most likely going to walk in and leave because its always so long to get attended but not today !! Rallow(might be writting it wrong) was absolutely amazing !!! Fast service and giving my mother all of his attention to not only resolve her issue but to literally give her a step to step tutorial on how to use the app. I just really wanted to give him a shout out because he is wonderful at his job and it might not be a big thing because he is just doing his job but for someone who has gone through a bad experience, when you get a good one it makes all the difference and my mother would go there just for him.
