Awful Customer Service! I had at least $300.00 worth of pet food (including prescription) on the counter. I tried to return a dented bulging can of food that cost about $1.89. The cashier said to me: "It is perfectly safe to eat. There is no bacteria in the can." I showed her the bulging and she stood firm. I left everything, including the dented can on the counter and left. I will never go back.

My experience with the grooming department was horrific today! After they cancelled my dogs grooming appointment literally 10 minutes before his appointment due to an emergency which I completely understood but wanted my dog to be groomed by a different stylist at a later time which they denied they had any availability but somehow when online says otherwise, I was ok with rescheduling his appointment for the next day! After we were done with our conversation and she thought I hung up, I heard the associate yelling and calling me the F and B***h word because she thought I didn’t believe her! The unprofessionalism, the unaccountability and the laziness this place has is Jaw dropping.
I called and spoke to the store manager and all he can say that he’s sorry.
I will no longer take my dog there because I have a feeling they’re are just as mean if not worse with our Pets!

I used this grooming service for my new puppy and I will never come back. I paid extra for nail grinding and they never did it. His ears were never cleaned. How do you smell better coming in than leaving. The groomer was not nice to my puppy. What a horrible experience. I spoke to management the said that they would refund me and have some else do the service. That was a lie I never got the refund and I had to jump through hoops to get a redo. I’m done with this chain. It’s also always dirty and overpriced.

I just had the worst experience ever at a dog groomer. The groomer's name was Natalie. Never go to her! I am so heartbroken at what she so pitifully did to my 5 month old Yorkshire terrier puppy. She literally mutilated the beautiful thick hair of a parti Yorkie (Black, white, tan) that I was trying to grow out long and natural so his thick hair would touch the ground. And what is sooooo pitiful is that I brought him in to shave his ears. Period!! I was having a problem with one ear drooping and I needed to get the weight off the ear. I showed her pictures of a long haired 'Show Cut' Yorkie with the bare ears that have been shaved, or at least tipped at the top. I explained the one time someone touched his ears she clipped off the hair completely in the back 1/3 the way down and his ears popped up again. But I was showing her in my book of yorkies, that all the yorkies had shaved ears. The price I was to pay was $10.00. That is the lowest price for a walk in scissoring. My instructions were, again, to only cut his ears for the purpose of trying to get that ear up. Well, I sat there, glad that I could watch, but she took him way to the back and stood in front of him blocking my view. She was taking a while, but I thought it was because she was having trouble cutting around the edges of a feisty dog's ear leather without cutting him.
She walked him to me holding him so I really couldn't look at him well, so I customarily tipped her and holding him heading to the cashier to pay. It wasn't until I got in my car, and was driving home that I noticed that something was terribly wrong!!
All of a sudden he looked like the 11 week old puppy I had just been bringing home. What on earth was going on?? At home I saw, that Natalie had decided that she would not only trim his ears, but give him a full-fledged 'puppy cut'!! Yes! She had trimmed and layered the hair on top of his head ( that I was just so thrilled to be long enough to be up in a cute little
manbun) She had gone on to take it upon herself to trim and layer the top of his head, the sides of his face, radically under his chin, and layer the back hair on the sides of his body. She had trimmed all the cute hairs growing from his head next to his ears, and she left almost a 3/8 rim around his ear leather instead of right close. He looks horrible! A little head with a bigger body and Dumbo the elephant ears. I am just so furious that someone would actually do something like this to another person. Was she trying to show off her skills? Did she think I couldn't afford more than $10? She was a different nationality than white, not Hispanic. Did she not know what an "ear" is? I know the puppy looked rough around the edges, but that happens when you are letting the hair grow out until you can put it back in a top knot. Anyway you look at it, she was completely disrespectful of my desires or needs, and for that alone, you should never go to this PetSmart and use this groomer named Natalie

I’m giving this place a negative 100 since they were suppose to untangle the tangles in my dogs hair but since they couldn’t do that they cut nearly all his hair without even asking me

I DONT LIKE DARK PATTERNS. At the Hills aisle there was a posted QR code promising 10x smart points. When I clicked on it I had page after page of registration and finally gave up. I asked the cashier for the points, “I can do it for you but it will take a really long time”. Now I am registered to some accounts somewhere which aren’t PET SMART points accounts

The one in ponte vedra, as far as grooming goes is terrible beyond terrible. I took both my dogs in, neither were groomed properly from the nails to the brushing. I will never personally recommend or take my dogs there again.

Kinda really concerned because the groomer said that my dog bit her. My dog, Ollie, is docile and has been groomed at several places, not to mention 2 Petsmarts including this one, and not once has anyone said he bit them. He has been getting groomed for 5 years so he is used to getting groomed. He is a Bichon Frise.She said to me, "I think they put the "biting" record on the wrong dog" meaning that the other dog I brought, Toby, who did nip the last groomer was not really the aggressive one. (Toby had never been groomed in 6 years of his life). There is no way they got that record wrong because Toby, my other dog is a rescue and has only been to Petsmart one other time and Ollie did not come. The groomer's microaggression was ugly. I have spent lots of money on grooming here because I typically get deluxe services for my dogs. Ollie was rescued late last year.This is important to me, because I don't want my dog having biting habits out of fear because of a groomer. Sometimes, it triggers a response to all groomers and this dog being a Bichon is always going to need grooming..The groomer for Toby was excellent though. He is a nipper and she said he didn't nip her. She obviously. made him feel safe. Something is really wrong with that picture. Also Toby's cut was perfect and adorable.I gave 2 stars, only because the sweet lady who did Toby was excellent. She sat down,took her time to talk to Toby and make him feel comfortable with her.The attitude of the groomer who groomed Ollie is why I couldn't do more stars. I have been at this Petsmart for a few years....just kinda concerned about it all.

We brought our dog in to get groomed , typically we come across issues because he is a puppy but Emily was able to do a amazing job on his haircut and based on her feedback our dog was very calm which speaks a lot on her persona and her energy that she has while she is working. He looks amazing for the holidays!
