They should get 10 stars bc it's extremely rare to find a company that delivers on everything promised from beginning to end.
I transferred from Walgreens and immediately saved 60 DOLLARS. I'm upset at myself for not switching sooner. I could've saved myself 60 dollars a month??♀️

“Carmen is fantastic with customer service. It seemed like all the other employees were oblivious to their surroundings, walking around like zombies. I feel like, for an older woman, Carmen puts those younger ones to shame. I appreciate her helpfulness with my photo order(s) when they screwed up the first one, and left the second one printed without assembling it. If it wasn't for Carmen I definitely would have reached out to a manager. Also, I wasn't aware employees got paid to be on their phones. That new girl who was doing learning modules in the photo department was on her phone, complaining about how she keeps taking the test over and over again. Obviously she's failing the tests because she's on her phone. It's like, girl get off your phone and pay attention.”
“My mom was sick with COVID and the lady at the pharmacy treated her kindly when she had to pick up her meds. I went later to get more medication for her and the older lady at check out was extremely helpful and kind. I made her aware that I had been exposed and we were able to conduct business with caring and understanding. Five stars all the way!”

“Friendly and helpful staff - but if you need your meds quickly, go in person. My vet called in thyroid prescription for my cat, 5 business days later and a phone call - still not ready...I went in person to inquire, and they had it ready in 30 minutes.”
