“I recently had to switch to Duval Pharmacy because my insurance stopped covering my old pharmacy. I have high medical needs and a LOT of weird prescriptions. The extremely nice folks at Duval Pharmacy have taken everything that has been thrown at them, no problem! They've been highly communicative, kind, and so welcoming. My prescriptions are ready quickly after being called in by my care team, and all has gone smoothly in the transition.A good pharmacy is extremely important, and I also believe having a personal relationship with your pharmacist is too. You won't find this type of thing at the big chain pharmacies, and as a result I believe you won't get as good care at those places. Consider switching to Duval Pharmacy and help sustain our small pharmacies - they provide such an important service to our communities. Wouldn't you rather do business with someone who actually cares about you and not just maximizing profits?”
“We have been using this pharmacy for a couple years now. Always good service and friendly staff. I have had the pharmacist talk to me about a medication I had been prescribed. She advised the it was not good to take with some of my other medication. I talked to my doctor and the medication was changed. Like the old family drug store. Nice to walk in and the call you by your first name. Great buiness”

“The Best experience I have ever had! A young woman, I believe her name is Marie or Maria, helped me beyond expectations. The prescription my doctor called in was unavailable and on back order. She went out of her way to show me what they had in stock and that if my Dr wanted to switch it, it was available. She even showed me the pricing comparison between the two saving me $400! She showed me how to login with the pharmaceutical company to get a discount that she can apply to the account. It was amazing the time she spent helping me get my Rx and saving me a ton of money. Medtown has all my future pharmacy business!”
“This is my home store, and I do love this location. However, the bakery department customer service is lacking. Pictured is a birthday cake I bought for my grandma. This is the worst handwriting I've ever seen on a cake, and if I wasn't in such a rush, I would've left it. I wish the woman in the bakery would've been honest and said that she can't write pretty and I would've been okay. Instead, I got this and it looks like a 5th grader wrote on it. Not only is it ugly, but it's crooked and not centered. She didn't even try. She also looked very annoyed when I asked her to write on it, and even more annoyed when I asked her to write "Happy Birthday" in Spanish. This is my 2nd interaction with the same woman. I believe she is the Bakery assistant manager or something. She's blonde, thin, late 30s-early 40s and wears a button up. When I went about 3 weeks after this for my husband's birthday cake (a bar cake), all the cakes looked like the had fallen. The packaging was smashed on the corners and there was icing all over the inside of the lid. I asked her if there were others in the back and the one she brought me looked the same. I told her no thank you because they all looked so bad and she just shrugged. She literally didnt care. Sad because my father is a retired Publix manager and he always taught me that when something in Publix isnt up to par, to let management know so they can address the issue. So anyway, while this store is great and the items from the bakery taste delicious, I wouldn't have them write anything for you. And if management sees this, that woman needs a refresher course on customer service. She isn't living up to Publix values or standards.”

“March 2024 and even if it eventually becomes an ALDI is still a very good big box store. Prices still a little higher than expected.December 2023 and this is one of the best Winn-Dixie's around. Wonder how ALDI will make the change work in large locations like this?Over all good. They no longer carrying much imported beer (Imperial) as well as cheesey bread. Store never seems busy so hopefully it stays open.”

“Osteen pharmacy was one of my options for my post kidney transplant medications suggested by Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. There’s not enough words to describe their business but I will try with my limited vocabulary. Kind, professional, courteous, caring, timely, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, customer oriented, dependable. I could go on and on but that should be sufficient to scratch the surface of describing this pharmacy and its staff. Even though I’m 130 miles from them there’s never been an issue with getting my medications in a timely manner. They tell you when it’s shipping and when it can be expected. I hope I never have to change pharmacies. Great job Osteen.”
“This place was packed when we went. One broken down car can really back things up. They should have moved it to a parking spot to work on. Not a huge fuel center but for the price we endured. It's a one direction fuel center, one way in and out.”
“I like this Winn-Dixie location. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The aisles are well-stocked. The produce department is stocked with quality fruits and vegetables. There is a Seafood Department, Bakery, hot foods, Pharmacy, and an adequate wine selection. There are self-check-out stations as well as live cashiers to check you out. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. Handicapped-accessible parking and scooters are available.”
“I find what I'm seeking for, and the experiences have been hassle free! I usually use the self-checkout machines for a quick exit. Of course, I'm generally knowing what all I'm looking for, and in-and-out usually under twenty minutes. It also is good to get discounts as a customer, too!”
“Been several times never had a problem until night time a Young Caucasian boy was slamming my items as if he wanted to go home I asked him why was he slamming my items he proceeds to ignore me.i have few words with him about his customer service he proceeds to say he don't stay around here smart mouth the heavy set guy who the manger walks up and says he will talk to him don't know how far that went but the kid deff need to work on his attitude when working with the public.”
