“I have been seeing Dr Lori Leaseburge since I moved to Jacksonville, nearly nine years ago. I found her on my insurance company's website. I chose her because she received her medical degree from the college where I earned my undergraduate, Marshall University. The office was remodeled in the past few years with new chairs in the waiting room and a mini frig stocked with water. The staff have always been friendly from check-in to check-out. I like the addition of the little room with a door in the exam room for changing. And there was a restroom conveniently located across the hall. I would recommend Dr Leaseburge, if you are looking for an OB.”

“This CVS is located across the street from Getaway Car Wash in Jacksonville Beach. While I waited for my car to be cleaned I did a little shopping. I was looking for a birthday card for my father. They had many Hallmark selections. But when did greeting cards start costing $6.99? That's a crazy cost for a card! They had a few selections for $4.99. I must have read birthday cards for about 15 minutes before finding the one for my dad. I was taking a road trip the next day so I stopped by the snack aisle. I found the Ritz thin crackers I love on sale. I purchase two, one for the road and one for the house LOL! I waited in line about seven minutes to check out. The manager had to step in as there was an issue with a customer return which backed up the wait time.”

“Carmen is fantastic with customer service. It seemed like all the other employees were oblivious to their surroundings, walking around like zombies. I feel like, for an older woman, Carmen puts those younger ones to shame. I appreciate her helpfulness with my photo order(s) when they screwed up the first one, and left the second one printed without assembling it. If it wasn't for Carmen I definitely would have reached out to a manager. Also, I wasn't aware employees got paid to be on their phones. That new girl who was doing learning modules in the photo department was on her phone, complaining about how she keeps taking the test over and over again. Obviously she's failing the tests because she's on her phone. It's like, girl get off your phone and pay attention.”
