We had to have our pool heater replaced. Pinch a Penny sent Rich as our technician. Rich was fantastic to work with. He patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the install went well. He was professional and very knowledgeable about my equipment. Highly recommend.

After following their instructions my pool looks perfectly clean and blue. When they told me the discoloration was from algae even though my clorine was high I thought they didn't know what they were talking about. Turns out they are experts and I'm glad I listened to them. Thanks
