“I called Down South Power on July 8, I spoke with Stephen explained what was taking place with my Corvette. I received an appointment for July 13 at 8am. My Corvette is a C4 approaching 32 years old. Ive owned the Vette for 10 years. The vehicle developed a misfire. This vehicle has been spoiled with fluids exchanges prior to the manufacturer recommendation, except for the plugs. I received a call asking when the plugs were changed,I never have and checking the Carfax it appears that they were 31 years old with 124k miles. I told the shop as maintenance the plugs and wires should be changed. I received a call that the vehicle was still with a misfire. Another call and it was determined the Optispark was the culprit. With an estimate, a detailed explanation why that was a spot on 100% correct diagnosis including the misfire was random ruling out a plethora of possibilities they went to work. I received another call with recommendations, exchange water pump, thermostat, gaskets near Optispark, a coolant hose. This is no small job. Vehicle dropped off Monday, Thursday at 10am I was driving the Vette. It is operating as the day it drove off the lot almost 32 years old. The vehicle was in doors the entire time not getting beat by the dangerous heat. The tech Pavlo was exceptional at his craft every step of the way. Diagnosed spot on and changing the water pump, plug wires, thermostat while torn down ensures I won't deal with those issues in this lifetime. No parts thrown at the vehicle with guessing
This facility was seamless, transparent, provided detailed information the entire process. As a Customer you are not an interruption of their day you are the purpose and meaning. I am confident moving forward for my 31 year old Vette and my 16 year old daily driver ive found a home.
If you are having issues with your vehicle give Down South Power a call they will get your vehicle on the road and put you at ease.”

“Mike's towing was a great experience all the way. Scheduling was easy and Shaun was fantastic. He made sure to take every precaution to ensure the safety of our care. It was in great care with him. He made sure that we knew what was going on and took extra precaution to make sure the car was delivered to our next location. Would highly recommend Mike's Towing Jacksonville if you ever need a tow.”
“We had a difficult job. He took it and continued even though it didn’t go easily. We needed to pick the vehicle up and load it onto the deck of a flatbed semi trailer for transport. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car towed! Most tow jobs are much simpler than this and if you want good care taken of your car use this one! Very prompt, efficient, and friendly!”
“My car looks brand new! Bryan was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was especially great at communicating updates to me via text. This was a no-stress situation all the way until I received my repaired vehicle and Gerber returned my rental for me. Thanks!”

“Getting stuck on the road has happened to me before, and I've had to wait for over 3 hours for a tow truck. However, when I called Freleak 24 Hour Tow Truck & Towing Service, they arrived in just a little over an hour. Their response time was impressively quick compared to my previous experiences with other towing services.”

“I was highly impressed with Ashley and with this facility. I tend to believe these storages make BIG BUCKS on their rates, but that aside, a swipe card to get in, excellent service( the floor was SUPER sticky in my 1st unit..Ashley changed my unit IMMEDIATELY and brought me new paperwork!!! GREAT JOB ASHLEY!!!!”
“I spoke to Donny to begin my interaction with the company. I believe he was the owner of the company. He was very professional and polite and passed me to Amy. We spoke briefly and she was helpful from the very beginning. She kept me informed every step of the way. She went out of her way to find a transportation solution for my non operating car. She not only got the job done, but in good time and with utmost professionalism. I thank the owners and employees to set a great service experience for me.”
