Service here is terrible, take that energy over to the north side or something. I’m just trying to send a letter and got a whole royal rumble going on next to me. They clerk behind the counter told the gentleman to go to UPS since they “suck so bad”

Ya'll literally answer the phone just to hang it up. I had an important package sent out and it came back to me for some reason. You guys even helped me fill out the paper and told me it was correct. 13 bucks and time wasted 😒

This post office is an awful place. The people that work there are awful and VERY unhelpful! The place is a mess and unorganized. Whoever oversees the Beach Blvd location needs to please go there and train the employees on professionalism, multi tasking and organizational skills. It's really unbelievable!
