They love to put “Held at Post Office, At Customer Request” when there has been no customer request then they don’t have to deliver packages.

The guy in the desk is unhelpful, wasted 20 minutes of my time in line to ship tennis rackets I brought with no box. Couldn’t help me because I had no box to begin with. Don’t go here, waste of time.

Worst post office on the planet. The gentleman working the desk is rude, slow and unhelpful. Maybe training on customer service would benefit him and the store overall

The most ineffective and inefficient place I've ever been to. Ups, FedEx and amzon can do it, why is the United States government unable to figure this out??? Defund the USPS, waste of money and resources

Today I had to pick up a package that should have been delivered to me but never was and was being held at this location. Originally I was upset but when I came in, there was a line and I had to wait. When I got to the counter Vann was working alone and even though he was busy, he took the time to properly help me find my package! he made my day and I just want to say that Vann smile made it worth the wait.

Can I give a negative star??I spent almost 2 hours, trying to get through to a live person via their toll-free number, and I was told that an electronic return label was sufficient because the local office could scan it. Unfortunately for me, when I arrived and after I stood in line for over a half an hour, the clerk said he could not offer help with an electronic return label including a QR code, that I essentially was given bad information and he made a joke of the way UPS is able to do this.This guy couldn’t care less and has no clue what goes on around him and he definitely doesn’t care about his customers. Clearly he is riding the government train until retirement so long as no one gets in his way. Improving the system is not in his interests “only the guys at the top do this” in his words.The clerk is hopeless AND useless, and the USPS is hopeless, too. No wonder they are having financial problems and no wonder UPS is a better option.Next day update: the USPS office on Mayport Rd can scan a QR code return label. I guess the USPS offices do biz in different ways eh. Whodathunkit.

Serious issues over at this post office. Our old carrier at The Sanctuary was great. The new guy is a ticking time bomb. I tried to ask him about something that was supposedly delivered 10 days ago and he told me something about having a photographic memory and became very hostile...

Horrible service. Had a package that was delivered and I never received notification of when it would be arriving. I wasnt home on the first attempt for it to be delivered so I submitted a redelivery request for the next day. And then next day nothing happened. Then after emailing and calling multiple times I was finally contacted and told my package would be shipped or I could come pick it up. However when I went in to pick up my package the only employee working was unable to locate it so now I'm left with no package. I am unable to contact the store directly through phone either this is insane and I would never recommend using this locations services.

ZERO stars for this postal office, I still waiting for more then a week to receive a call from this office for I can pickup the keys from my mail box. I directly go to this office and ask for an update and they don't know when they are going to do the change this is unacceptable. They need to change all the personnal of this office with people that really want to work and have excellent customer service.

5th time i have received a note that they are unable to deliver. Every single time i was home and 5 feet from my door. Extremely poor service and i previously filed a complaint with the postal service and no change. Now to file a formal complaint with my Congressman. Hopefully this will prompt for retraining of the staff or cleaning house and replacing all of them

Absolutely the WORST post office! Terrible customer service! Rude and lazy employees who can’t be bothered to do their job! The place is filthy and there are no mailing supplies in the lobby. I don’t know how they continue to operate in this manner. What a shame the postmaster and supervisor(s) tolerate this. I will take my business to the UPS store from now on!
