Awful service. The older gentlemen who works here is both dismissive and surprisingly unhelpful. I watched him redirect several customers to the self-help kiosk after they waited in line instead of helping them. Terrible service.

Once again I'm being told the same thing that it's being fowarded back to the original adress where I was illegally evicted in inclement weather and freezing cold a year and a half ago. Three illegal evictions three inclement wethers and three traumas and still no way to see my mail answer my mail or file my taxes correctly!!!

I’m not sure why they have hired new employees here at the Jax beach office , Tonya and Jazmyn both the women who are working here at the Jacksonville Beach location are the nastiest, rudest, most unprofessional, incompetent people I’ve ever encountered! Not only the woman unprofessional but the young one was in her cell phone the entire time she was working behind the counter today. We’ve always had a pleasant and professional experience at this post office until just recently when they hired new people at this location. One afternoon when I went into this post office I experienced Tonya who I’d never seen before being rude and hostile to another employee who was an older male who had been working here for years. Not to mention the hostile attitude toward the customers. I’m seriously hoping someone investigates this inappropriate behavior . The new employees at this location or at least the two women here today should have to take a course in professionalism, not to mention educated customer service.

This is for the elderly man today that stood in line and when he got to the counter was told they were out of the box he needed. He patiently asked where he could go and was given guidance to go to another post office and there’s no way to know if they’ll be in stock. This is seriously unacceptable. Not on the cashier, but the Post Office. Invest & implement an accountable & transparent system on stock of items so people don’t drive a long distance to the post office, wait in line, just to be told they are out.

Vann has a very unprofessional demeanor and should not be listed as a supervisor. He stared at a woman's ass up and down after she left the counter. I was next in line and had to wait until he was finished staring at her butt for him to even acknowledge me.

I was told to go to self serve label when the big guy was as doing nothing just sitting there .
I went to self service and printer was down so then he said ok I’ll help you .
I’ve never liked talking to this guy he always has a really bad odor, but I was surprised how he treated me .
So sad how the professional and ethical business is no longer required.

This was my first time at this location for a return, and it was a not happy experience. I waited for around 10 minutes. The gentleman at the front told me to go to the self-service kiosk to scan if I wanted to print out the receipt. I tried scanning the code from my prepaid label on my box and also the code from my email, but it showed as invalid. I went back to ask if he could do it at the counter to save time, and he sent someone to help out. The person used his scanner and said he said I don’t have receipt for you. So question is, what is the point of waiting in line or using the kiosk if I can't get a receipt?

Front desk gentleman was has the worst customer service. Refused to help me, wouldn’t even answer my questions when told to do something for the first time and essentially forced me out of the line. Rude is an understatement. All it takes is 1 min of patience to answer a customers questions. If you do not have the patience to give a customer at least 1 minute then find a new job!!! Least manger was kind.

Ummm hello USPS at Jax Bech! I am a little confused on why there is only one person working the front desk in the middle of a work day? Not only was there one person working the front desk but he was taking his time and talking to the customers about football!! It just blows my mind.
