This 7-Eleven is a convenient and good location near downtown Jacksonville. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and thankful, offering a fun experience. It has the usual convenience store items and hot food offerings, which are getting better. The inside and outside are what you would expect. However, there are sometimes homeless individuals around, and the walkway can be blocked. The Slurpee drinks and overall food selection could use improvement. Feedback includes fixing the schedule, keeping the inside clean, and posting updates for bad weather.
This particular location continues not to answer phone during normal business hours and when do they say "hello hello" and hang up......... Other 7/11's answer as they should. Checking back.
