I don't know what it is about Ace Hardware, but they are the store with the absolute best, most kind and helpful staff. I love going there.It was my first visit to this particular location today and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend

I visited the store yesterday in hopes to finally buy planters for my pool deck that I've been eyeing for a while. When walking in I was greeted by the guy at the front working the cash register. Then again when I turned the door to head out to the outdoor area. They asked what I was looking for and I have a brief explanation and kept walking to the outside. While looking at the planters Kyle came out to check to see if I needed help. He helped me pick out and load up the large planters I had been looking at. I then asked if he had any expertise on picking out plants to fill it with. He and another girl that was out in the garden section, I can't remember her name maybe started with a C we're SO beyond helpful in helping pick the plants and soil I needed. Kyle also helped me load everything into my car. I'm so happy I went to this store over any other. The customer service was beyond amazing!! Will be a long time customer.

I didn’t have the pleasure of visiting this location in Jacksonville Florida. My son Lives there he called me and told me about his experience with Mr ROBY at Tuner Ace Hardware. He had went to several places with no help and just as he was about to give up. Mr ROBY offered not only his advise but he assisted him. He was able to fine the bolts he needed, problem solved with a Little customer support. I give you sir ?Job well done…..

Poor experience. My husband brought his chainsaw to get repaired. They called and left a message once that it was ready for pickup. He was traveling for work and called back the following week and they told him he was too late and they sold his chainsaw. What a terrible business practice. Avoid any repairs with this company

I was assisted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee. He helped me locate a very specific type of potting soil. I didn’t even have to ask for help! Very nice shopping experience.

Rude. Hardly a smile. Our first bad experience in the area since moving here a year ago. We called out that an item had a different price tag displayed than what they rang up. They would not honor the displayed price. We will not be shopping there again.
