Turner Ace Hardware is a local, community-focused store that aims to be "the Helpful Place." It provides personal service, quality products, and a convenient shopping experience from local experts. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a large selection, including pottery and great house plants like agalonema silver bay and rabbits foot ferns. Customers find the staff to be wonderful, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, often going above and beyond to help, even carrying items out to cars. The inventory online accurately reflects what is in the well-stocked store. While past experiences have varied, positive and attentive management has successfully addressed concerns. It is an above-average store that feels like a small town hardware store and should not be overlooked.

They were giving away a hot dog and drink for July 4th. I was there to pick up a drip pan for the Green Egg. They didn’t have the exact pan that I was looking for but close enough. Overall pleasant experience.

I went there with a very sick plant, and Cliff was so kind. He diagnosed the problem, sent me home with a treatment plan, and plant doctor orders to return in 2 weeks with results. 5-star customer service. Thanks Cliff!!! The Virgin Islands gal!
