Great customer service, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, if they didn't have answers they found out the answers. They went above and beyond. All 3 experiences from them. To renting a wheelchair, to buying a lift chair, to delivering and setting up the chair. If you are looking for Grade A service, I would highly recommend this company.

I recently got a Jazzy 600es from another local store due to their attempted fraud, the franchise gave me a full refund and made the local store give me a brand new chair for free. I should have been patient and ordered my new chair from Action Disability! Today I took my "free" chair to Action and had them change the seat to a more comfortable one for me. The owner and his crew worked quickly to find and swap out my seat while I waited. The price was excellent and I will never go to another like store again! This is a family owned and operated store and their service is great!

This business is everything a business should be. From the service techs to the office to the owner, they are professional, thorough and above everything else caring. Now that I found them, I won't go elsewhere.

I rented a scooter for a family trip to Disney. Normally wouldn't need one. Just had knee replacement. Cost was extremely reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful !

I have used this company several times and never been disappointed in the service. If I remember correctly each time that they were assigned to make repairers to my scooter or lift the repair was compiled within 24 business hours of assignment, including the owner delivering a new battery charger on a Friday evening. I live 110 miles from there shop. The service technicians are great as well. If the problem can be resolved that day it is resolved.

Absolutely excellent customer service. My wife broke her leg so I rented a wheelchair from Action. I would recommend Action for any disability needs.

We were quoted 50.00 / 2 day rental. When we arrived they said we are closed after today until Monday so you have to pay for a 1 week fee which is 85.00. When we questioned their reasoning they asked us to leave and refused our business. Super unprofessional and outrageous. We promptly called Home Ability on Phillips Hwy. who stated if we return Monday he would not charge us because of the holiday it’s not our fault they are closed. A+ CS and I expect nothing less. Don’t waste your time with these people they are rude take the time to look for good customer service. Disrespectful is no acceptable.

I don't know what we would have done without being able to rent a scooter for my dad when his broke and the replacement part took forever to come in. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business for short term scooter rental or sales.

I damaged my power chair and stopped at Action to have them look at it. They advised me that I had damaged the motor that controls the leg extension. I was told a new motor would be pricey but they had a used motor they could install for less. Jack told me he would make a call to get a cost for a new motor and base his used price from there guessing it would be about half the cost. I was happy with that option. After not hearing from them for two days, I contacted another company and was given a manufacture MSRP of $722.46 and a purchase price of $470.00. I also did some online searches which confirmed an MSRP of $722.46. I called Action twice for their cost on the used part and was finally told the new parts cost $2,400.00 and they would charge me $600.00 for their used one. I asked if they had looked up the right part and explained the price I got. Jack relayed a message back that his price of $2,400 new was an actual price and he doesn’t price match what people find online. I explained that was not an online price but a written quote from another local equipment company. He said if I could buy the part new for less than his used one, I should just buy it.
