Action Disability Resources is a family-owned and operated business providing great, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable customer service. The staff, from the service techs to the owner, are professional, thorough, caring, and helpful. They go above and beyond, whether renting a wheelchair, buying a lift chair, or delivering and setting up equipment. Their prices are excellent and extremely reasonable. Customers report Grade A service and highly recommend the company, stating they will never go to another store again. This business is everything a business should be.
I wentbwith my neighbor so she could get a folding scooter, and Austin, Ashley, Bill and Joy were so kind and knowleable of the equipment and treated us like family that my friend purchased one...I am 80 and right now don't need one but if my situation changes I would definitely seek you all out. Perfection with hospitaltity. 4/28/25 rented a scooter from them for 4 days. Staff was super friendly helped answer so many question both about rental and assembley, scooter did absolutely great the entire time with no issues at all, and over all just very pleasent, simple, and well priced purchasing experience.
