Dr. Ashley, Lauren, and Carmen took amazing care of our puppy Theo. They were able to give us a same day appointment even when they were already overbooked to take care of his broken nail and kept us under budget. I highly recommend coming in if your pup ever has any issues or concerns. Thank you again guys you really helped us when we were in a tight spot.

Had a phone mixup and ended up talking to Lauren multiple times. She is the epitome of politeness and customer service. She not only was super understanding of my mistakes, she went out of her way to help me contact the other office I was looking for. I appreciate her and her help.

Thank you everyone for a beautiful experience.We had our family cat(Trixie) put down here after 17 amazing years with her. The staff was so great. I brought my 14yr old and 12yr old with me cause they were close to her and I want them to be able to understand loss and healthy grieving. The whole process was explained to us and we were given alot of choices. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and afterwards to grieve. They even came and sat with Trixie after she was gone because my 14yr old didn't want her to be alone. These are great people with big hearts, Thank you so much. 5 stars and more!

I brought my dog to be groomed by Louis. The last time she did a horrible job. I let it go, I figured maybe she just had a bad day. I brought my dog again last Friday. She did a horrible job again. She did not groom her at all. For $95 I expect a good job. I tried to reach Louis. After calling her several times, the staff said she was too busy and she would call me in a week. Serious?? I asked several times to speak to the manager Tracy. No one would let me speak to her. They said she was also too busy. This is very unprofessional. It seemed like a joke to the girls up front. But then again, It wasn't their dog, and it wasn't their money. NEVER get your dog groomed by Louis. Go somewhere else. **And as far as the manager, Tracy. She could care less. It meant nothing to them that my poor dog was sent home with balls of knots on her and no trim. She did nothing. Worst customer service. Good luck with this place. If they make a mistake they could care less about returning your money, giving you a re-do. They have no integrity. They cared nothing at all about the time I took to take my dog there or the money I spent. Save yourself. Go somewhere where the people care about you, the customer.

The staff did an amazing job when I had to put down my beloved Persian, Punkin. They have a peaceful room that they allow you to be with your pet in as they pass. They are very patient and give you the time needed with your pet before and after. I will be continuing to use this office for all future vet needs as I felt that they truly cared.

I recently renewed my relationship with AMC because my 2 new cats were due for their annual checkup and vaccinations. Although the personnel at the office have changed, the great service hasn't. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Both the technician and the vet were gentle and kind with my pets and answered all my questions. The office called the next day to make sure that my cats hadn't had any bad reactions to the vaccinations. I found their fees to be competitive with other vet services in the area and they are conveniently located for me. I am pleased with their service and will continue to take my pets the AMC for their care.

I take both of my dogs here and they are extremely helpful and friendly, also affordable. They always get me in when needed and are quick. They even let me drop my dog off so I could get to work and they treated my dog as their own. Highly recommend!!

Having recently moved her I am glad that I have found this office. From the experience and friendliness of the receptionist, the care and dedication of the kennel staff, to the knowledge, dedication and kindness of the Dr's have made this particular office the one to go to for your fur babies needs.

We had an emergency with our Mini Aussie. She broke her radius and ulna. Dr. Hill was able to get us in right away. Dr. Ashley sedated our fur baby and made sure her pain was under control and had us in and out in less then an hour. The entire staff displayed the best customer service and attention to details. We greatly appreciate them all. Thank you

We brought our newest member here and we were both welcomed with joy and kindness. He's still a puppy so we wanted to find a vet who will care for him the way we do and we're very glad we chose Animal Medical Clinic at St. John's. From the very first appointment, everyone just loved on our baby. He got showered with lots of love and care. And all my 10 million questions and concerns were answered. We've never raised a puppy before, so we had no idea what we were doing. Lol Everyone was very professional and patient and made us feel like a part of the family.

Dr Ashley and the staff are the best. New to area and my sweet Beau had a serious issue. They saw him quickly, did not order ridiculous tests etc, knew what needed to be done and he is on his way to recovery. So happy I found them.

I just moved to St John’s and my friend recommended this vet practice to me. Dr. Hill was fantastic! She really took her time with me and my Birdie and was very thorough. Her assistant, Leslie, was amazing! She loves your animal. She loves EVERY animal. She’s loves her job and it shows! Highly recommend Animal Medical Clinic!! Tracy Cloud now. ?
