I came here at ten o'clock on a friday morning.
Quickly the line backed up, 6 plus people to the front door.
One guy working very slowly at the register with five or six guys in the back laughing have a great time doing nothing.
At 1 point they all walked out front seeing the long line and ignored all the customers waiting to be helped.
What happened to customer service ??

The people working don’t speak English and don’t have any idea of what’s going on or how to help. They wasted my time.

Ignored every time i shop here. Most times i know exactly where the item is that i want. The few times i dont, it's obvious im looking for something because im up and down every Aisle 10 times, walk by associates, make eye contact with associate, not a peep from them. The one time i did ask for help, the associate told me they didnt sell what i was looking for... i found what i was looking for a few minutes later.

Can't even test the battery, wS connecting negative terminal to the positive. Had to stop and trll him to change the terminal

Use to be able to go here and have them replace my brake light for me. Now this guy tells me they don’t do that. If that’s the case then they all should go by that. I guess it depends on who’s working. Sometimes people don’t actually want to work. Very disappointed. Will go to O’Reillys - they are always helpful.
