And store is incredibly clean, staff all upbeat, etc. Just the way a well run brick and mortar store should be. They set the bar and set it high.”
“Long story short: my phone would not charge regardless how much I struggled and forced it to connect. I needed my phone working. My wife and son were traveling extensively and I'm 72. I needed a new phone, but with my son's knowledge to select the right one, and they wouldn't be home for six more days. With only 40 percent charge left, I had to leave it off, and check it briefly a couple times a day. I went to Batteries Plus to get a new battery, hoping that would buy me more time. Mike Fox at the San Jose store informed me that unfortunately they are not always shipped from the factory fully charged. He took my phone and worked on it intently behind the counter for several minutes. He then handed it back to me and said, "It's not perfect, but it's better. It is charging." “I was traveling from Melbourne FL to Virginia and the bottom flap of my vehicle got loose in the highway. We stopped here and the young man at the register got us the parts we needed and put them himself on the car. I am so appreciative for that. Great service and super nice person. I didn't catch his name but he was a young guy. Congratulate him on his wonderful service. Went 12/28/25 before 9 am.”

He found the battery receipt from 2 years ago (still under warranty) after searching for a bit in the system and replaced the battery for me. It held me over until I got my alternator replaced the next day. Thanks again!”

“I was having trouble with my car shutting off while driving, so I took my car here to get my battery checked to see if it was the battery or the alternator and it ended up being that my battery had 0% health. Tyler took his time to explain the differences in the batteries they offered and helped me choose the right one! He also noticed that I didn’t have a brace on my battery and recommended I also add that on to keep it from moving around to make it last longer. Tyler was so nice and helpful and even interacted with my kids to help keep them entertained while they were waiting! The manager Nick was also very nice and helpful and helped Tyler install it to get us out of there quickly!
