“Hands down, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Suren is absolutely the best. From the moment I called to schedule a test drive to the moment I drove off in my new car, he was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.
One thing I really appreciated was when I noticed a small paint chip while walking around the car. I hadn’t even mentioned it yet, and Suren immediately said, “No worries, I’ll have that fixed.” Two hours later, he sent me a picture showing the paint touch-up completed. That really showed how much pride he takes in his work.
There was no sales pressure, no hidden add-ons, and the entire process was smooth and transparent. I was in and out within an hour, all thanks to Suren doing the upfront work. Highly recommend!”

He religiously kept on my difficult insurance company to get the right parts and approve estimates causing my car having to be there 49 days. None of which is ProStars fault. “Man, let me tell you these guys are amazing. My wife has to drive me to work, cause I have a broken arm and she did not close the back door when she put our son in the baby seat. so I’m sure you can imagine where this is going as she backed up. The door got caught on the garage door rail and damage that pushed it open, causing the door to barely close. It was uneven on the body frame.
Not only did they repair the door, they did it the same day. They took the dent out when it got hooked to the garage rail. Repair completed same day $125 bucks -Car looks like it never got happened . Yeah it’s got a little scratch on the inside of the door, where the weatherstrip is. I’m OK with that compared to what I was facing -a whole new door, if you look at the picture that whole door was completely open on the top and not flushed with the body of the car, thank you. VAB”
“I ordered the 2nd battery and dc to dc charger for my 2025 transit Ekko. Items were delivered in about 10 days. FVG communicated well during the process. I received the install instructions via pdf by FGV. It took about 3 hrs to install both. No problems whatsoever. The 2nd battery and charger is awesome. This install would not be for everyone without having any mechanical ability, but it is pretty cut and dry if you have a little knowledge. Enjoyed the whole process. I have more upgrades for my Ekko down the road and I will definitely be giving this company another call for my needs.????”
