My experience purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Orange Park was outstanding, and a large part of that was because of our sales consultant, Cherry Moore.
From my initial inquiry through the completion of the purchase, Cherry was professional, patient, courteous, and extremely responsive. We had quite a bit of back-and-forth during the process, and I especially appreciated that she never made us feel pressured. She answered our questions honestly, explained the numbers and fees clearly, and repeatedly went to management on our behalf trying to put together a deal that worked.
What impressed me most was Cherry's attitude throughout the entire process. Even when we were apart on price, she remained respectful and continued working with us. She also made my daughter feel comfortable during the test drive and genuinely seemed interested in helping us find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale.
In the end, my daughter drove home in the 2026 Toyota Corolla SE she really wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle.

“This place right here is LEGIT! We dropped our suburban off and was told it’s a wait , was a little upset at first not gonna lie . Well they got back to us by the day promised with “bad” news . Explained it might be a while and troubleshooting would be a minimum 2 hrs . I reluctantly agree because it’s my wife’s work vehicle but it needs AC . Anyway fast forward mid next week and we get the call . I’m already expecting the worst case scenario . Lee explains to me that he has bad news and good news. The bad news is he didn’t fix anything. The good news is the AC is working and he hasn’t been able to get it to fail. I’m like that’s a win either way . Before I even get the words outta mouth “how much do we owe. “ he says I can’t charge yall . I’m mind blown at this point. Almost any other shop surely would have charged us something. But Mr. Lee said all they did was try to start troubleshooting it and it was working fine . He said he took it for a “bumpy “ ride and let it sit and run , AC worked as intended. It ain’t often you find a stand up place like this and this is now my spot for anything automotive I can’t handle on my own . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!!”

“I have my C8 serviced here every time. I usually have Melanie as my service advisor and she does a great job from start to finish, but I have also had Randy handle my vehicle recently. Randy was great, and having an engaged service advisor can make all the difference. Normally a dealer won't let you go back into the shop area due to insurance rules / risks, etc., but I had an potential issue underneath my vehicle that I wanted to inspect and Randy made sure I got a chance to take a look while the vehicle was being serviced.”

I was the victim of a hit and run where a truck clipped my front bumper while trying to pass me. Although the impact was slight, it nearly pulled off the entire bumper.
After searching for local body shops with good Google reviews, my first stop was VAB Collision. They quickly assessed the damage, provided an estimate and got to work right away. Wow! I couldn’t believe the low estimate and readiness to start the repairs. I was in and out in less than an hour for an unbelievable price. You can’t even tell anything ever happened. Wow!
As I left VAB Collision I said “I hope I never have a need to come back, but you’ve got a customer for life! Thank you VAB Collision!!!”
