Everyone there treated us like family to include free drinks and food at the cafe. “I called Victor's the morning after I hit a concrete post, denting and dislocating the rear quarter panel of my CRV and destroying the lens cover. Robert advised me I could send in pictures or stop by for an estimate. I went by at lunch (same day), and he not only ordered the replacement lens, but also asked if I had a few extra minutes, proceeded to pop the quarter panel back in place and spent a solid 20 minutes heating the plastic and pulling the dent out. He told me they would need about an additional hour and a half to install the lens once it arrived...with a total cost barely over $100. I was FLABBERGASTED; I expected to spend that amount on just the lens. Highly recommend, obviously honest and kind, communicative (called and left message to report lens arrival and schedule installation), timely, flexible, and fiscally prudent!!! My lens was installed today, and you'd NEVER know I hit a post...THANK YOU, VICTOR'S BODY SHOP!!”

“My experience with Porsche Jacksonville has always been great. Big open facility that displays their cars wonderfully. Got my car serviced here one time and the staff were friendly and professional and even threw in a key ring for me. There’s always unique cars on display usually after an event, great way to learn about some of their older models as well as their high performance models and race cars. They also host many events such as the Classic Kickoff as well as the Caravans.Main reason for my review though was a great experience me and my friend had with Joey. I decided to take my friend to the dealership to spark an interest in Porsche. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Joey, we told him we were just checking out the cars. Joey went out of his way to show us and tell us about the many cars they had. He even offered us drinks. It eventually led to a tour of the place where he took us through the showroom, service area and the back lot. In the end he spent about half an hour with us and got an experience we weren’t expecting but absolutely cherished, since then my friend loves Porsche as a whole. I’ve also talked to Joey at Caffeine and Octane and he’s always cheerful and willing to talk with anyone who comes his way. If I ever buy a car here I know who I’m going to first. (Maybe I’ll even get the Nice Spec sticker)”

“Me and my husband were broke down in Jacksonville, FL heading to Southern FL. One auto parts store we walked to said they didn't have the part (alternator) and couldn't get it that day although he saw another store close by had it in stock. He said it was Sunday and there was nothing he could do. We walked a little further down the road to AutoZone and Mr. "K" who worked there, when he found out our predicament went above and beyond to call another AutoZone about 20 minutes away and ask them to do a big favor if they had a driver and have it delivered to us ASAP so we could get it put in our car before dark and get on the road. He gave us chairs to sit in and asked if we needed anything to drink and made us comfortable until the part was delivered within half an hour. We made it to our destination by 9:30 pm on that Sunday night. I believe Mr. "K" was an angel we stumbled upon to help us that day.”

A friend in Jacksonville referred me to Nick and Billie so I took a chance and drove it all the way from NC so they could take a look. A few days later they had the issue fixed that I have been dealing with for 3 years! Our Jeep looks great and drives even better.
