Worst overall institution ever! Two weeks of hell calling multiple numbers, as told, and going into locations. Staff is sarcastic and not even aware of the Truist systems. More apologies than solutions. Look elsewhere, really!

It's is always a burden to deal with this branch. I can never get in and get out. The tellers need better training and better communication skills

I opened a account on line. I went to sign paperwork and Verify my Identity. This was around 4:12. I was told to come back in the morning around 9:30am. I understand that the bank close at 5pm but she never ask if 9:30 was a good time for me.
