The store is very neat and organized, with many good deals and must-shop sales on favorite designer brands. It provides an ultimate shopping experience with convenient in-store, online, and in-app options. Customer service is often outstanding, with staff described as very nice, helpful, professional, patient, and hardworking. However, it is important to keep receipts for purchases not made on a Belk credit card, as the store may be unable to access past transactions for returns without them.
They have a nice selection and friendly staff but the air conditioning has been out for over a month (in Florida...in summer!) so it's unpleasant to shop there and it stinks inside.

The air conditioner hasn't worked going on 2 months. Saw a bug crawling out of a sandal I was looking at.
