Every Employee that I have met in HomeGoods have been kind and helpful , so I’d think twice when you do a review and give a nice one , don’t say petty little things that are just not important.”

“We had a great experience at Dillard’s Clearance Center! If you enjoy bargain shopping, this place is well worth the visit. The men’s tall clothing selection was fantastic—it’s not always easy to find quality tall sizes, but they had a great variety at incredible prices. We also found excellent deals throughout the store, making it feel like a true treasure hunt. The inventory is always changing, so there’s a reason to come back often. We’ll definitely be returning for more great finds!”
“We usually dread going to Walmart. They're usually dirty and unorganized and the employees are usually horrible. This one is completely opposite. The store smells clean as soon as you walk in the door. The shelves are fully stocked as well as organized. No clutter laying all over the floor. It's basically like you're not even in a Walmart. I realize it's still new and the employee excitement can wear off eventually but I can enjoy it while it lasts. I would like to mention Rita in particular. She was our cashier when we went this week. It was still early and not very busy and she immediately came around and started cleaning her conveyor belt as we were walking up so that our items didn't get whatever fluid was on it on them. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and just made is smile too with her happy disposition. Again...it was like we weren't even at Walmart.”

“I liked the selection here. I was able to find a few things I liked. Organization of the dress racks could be better but it was manageable. The lady responsible for the dressing rooms gave off bad vibes, like she didn’t want to be there or even say hello to people. I’m very polite and greet others and I have previous experience in customer service. She needs training on etiquette regarding the energy she puts out to customers, but otherwise seems to do her job well. The cashier who serviced me was lovely. Will return.”

I went into Dillard’s simply to make a return and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maria in the lingerie department. What started as a routine errand turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Maria was friendly, kind, courteous, and genuinely complimentary. Her level of care and attention was far beyond what I expected. When I realized after getting home that I had purchased the wrong size, I called the store—and Maria didn’t hesitate. She personally gathered the correct size and set it aside behind the counter for me to pick up on Sunday.
That kind of service is rare these days. Maria went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Dillard’s is fortunate to have someone like her, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.”

“I specifically traveled to Belk at the Avenues Mall, Beauty Department to purchase a product. My sales associate was Christie. I told her the product I wanted and she tried tirelessly to find the product for me. She searched several drawers and boxes to locate the product-no success. She found however a product that looked similar. She color matched my skin perfectly. When she read the shade of the product to me, it was the product I wanted, however I realized I gave her only a partially accurate number and description of the product. She saved the day because I am going out of town and need the product! She was kind, patient, very knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to help me. She informed me of products coming available and sales in the near future. If she were not employed at Belk I would hire her!! Thank you, Belk and thank you Christie for excellent sales and service with kindness and patience.”
