“This office and the staff are incredible!! Taxes are never fun to check off the list especially when you have a hyper 4 year old boy and sick infant with you. However, I was blown away by the compassion and professionalism here. Michelle Henson is now our go to lady for taxes. She was thorough, efficient, kind and most of all patient! My husband had to step out of the office to calm our baby and drive her around the block, while I sat inside. My son was spoiled with Michelle’s treats and even made it great experience for my 4 year old! She didn’t judge or mind when I needed to breastfeed my daughter. Offered hot water to heat up her bottle without flinching or seeming annoyed. Most of all we were very happy with our tax return $$. We couldn’t be more impressed and extremely grateful there are still Michelle’s in the world.
