Stove was dirty and unusable from day 1. Apartment manger refused to Switchout stove or to clean it. They want a disabled 75 year old woman to clean the stove herself. I am unable to clean the stove. I have never used use the stove.

It has been a hassle since moving in here nothing works or was ready, they have been finishing my apartment little by little while I am here now my air is out and have been for a few days.

Veronica is very nice, goes above and beyond she is a wonderful human being!!!! Thanks to the gentleman that came to fix our curtain in the living room. You helped my co-worker obtain a home for her and her babies, I am forever grateful to Veronica...God bless you
