Carter's at the River City Marketplace offers a great experience with amazing and super friendly staff who are warm, caring, and ready to help. Mrs. Rosalyn at the River City Marketplace is amazing. She is super friendly. My 2.5 year old daughter is usually pretty shy but not with Mrs. Rosalyn. Mrs. Rosalyn took the time to sit at a table with her while my wife shopped. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Prices high, and although the staff member that helped me was very nice, the other member was very Sharp with him with an attitude Infront of all the customers in the store. He was very professional though
