“I've ventured into Carter's for the first time today to do a few returns, after having our first baby. I was greeted warmly by a lovely woman named Marisol and she was extremely helpful! She help me find each of the items that I was looking for and then quickly and easily processed my return, so I could jump back in the car and get home. She was very friendly and very efficient! The store was extremely clean and everything was very easy to locate. I cannot wait to come back hopefully in the near future. *Definitely check out the clearance area, there is a plethora of items and every size possible!!”

“This is a charming family owned store. This is everything wonderful about small business and personal expertise. The owners are parents themselves and all of their beautiful merchandise is hand picked by Megan, and approved by her 5 beautiful daughters. If you have special needs for a holiday, birthday, special occasion, or a just because, they will set you up with the gift you need. The merchandise is high quality, beautiful, and reasonably priced. My boys love all of the t-shirts we have from there, and they can't wait until the clean laundry comes around to wear them again. I even heard one of the owners is a US Air Reserves Veteran and a full time Jax City Fire Fighter. “I've never been to this INCREDIBLE store before. I was AMAZING to see how organized & clean it was. I truly was like a kid in a candy store. I had a blast. Shopping made fun. But honestly the most sweetest women greeted me with a smile which of course set the pace for the rest of the day. These Two women were working their tale off right to closing. Ms. Mia and Ms. Tamy are so easy to work with. Honestly my last hour of work used to be wind down time. These TWO women don't know the word WIND DOWN. THEY WERE WOUND UP RIGHT UNTIL CLOSING. “For some reason it's always a little chaotic in this store. Their prices are good but i always have to do some searching to find something I like. I'm used to the European stores and feel like their selection is better. I also find it weird that you have to purchase a shopping bag if you need one. Really? You have to carry all your stuff out the store in your hands. That's questionable to me. If you want to save the environment get rid of the plastic bags and get yourself some paper bags like many o other stores have.”

“Good store, good prices!! My only issue is the smell of the store. It smells like they used baby powder scented air freshener, which was way too strong, as a pregnant woman. The air freshener also had me and the person I was with sneezing and sniffling the whole time.”

“I get my hair cut here and I have always loved the results. I recently brought my kids here and they did a great job with them also. You do have to make sure you tell them what services you don't want...if you want an express cut (which doesn't include a blow dry) and don't specifically tell the stylist that you DON'T want a blow dry, they will just start blow drying without asking and then charge you for it.”
