“Have plenty of merchandise here in great condition and the store is very organized. They do take quite some time for drop offs even if you stay in store but other than that I love taking my kids old stuff here!”

“Excellent website, shipping on-line to store and customer service in-store. I was shopping online one day and ordered two items and used the ship-to-store option. Then I ended up visiting the store before my order arrived just by chance shopping in the area. At the store I of course found more items I loved, but they were out of stock of one of the items. The staff were great, they found the jeans I wanted and were able to have them shipped to the store. So I ended up being able to pick both orders up together. Great overall experience, on-line and in-store!”

“Such a great selection of stuff. I scored great deals on the clearance section to stock up for months out. The additional 30% off was nice. Friendly associates. Clean store. The only thing that bugged me was one of the associates kept asking if I wanted their store card after I declined several times. It came across rather pushy, in my opinion.”
“When I'm looking for a children's boutique in the area, I usually shop at Hobbie Horse or Lemon Twist. However, Willie's had a great selection of unique children's books, toys, and cute outfits for boys. Karen was excellent at helping me select outfits for my sons.”

“For some reason it's always a little chaotic in this store. Their prices are good but i always have to do some searching to find something I like. I'm used to the European stores and feel like their selection is better. I also find it weird that you have to purchase a shopping bag if you need one. Really? You have to carry all your stuff out the store in your hands. That's questionable to me. If you want to save the environment get rid of the plastic bags and get yourself some paper bags like many o other stores have.”

“I've never been to this INCREDIBLE store before. I was AMAZING to see how organized & clean it was. I truly was like a kid in a candy store. I had a blast. Shopping made fun. But honestly the most sweetest women greeted me with a smile which of course set the pace for the rest of the day. These Two women were working their tale off right to closing. Ms. Mia and Ms. Tamy are so easy to work with. Honestly my last hour of work used to be wind down time. These TWO women don't know the word WIND DOWN. THEY WERE WOUND UP RIGHT UNTIL CLOSING. “I recently visited this store to make a return that I had purchased online at the JCP website. It's a pretty typical JCP, but the associates here that I interacted with were super nice. From making a return without a receipt to browsing the store. I ended up leaving without making a purchase, but I can use the credit on their website. The only complaint I have about this store is their hours; they do not open early enough. 10AM on a Saturday during the busiest season of the year is too late.”

“This store is wonderful! Staff as well. Always clean and organized with good condition used items as well as some brand new. Staff is beyond welcoming and helpful. I was trying to find shoes for my toddler today and a nearby employee saw me struggling to keep him still while trying them on him. She immediately helped me calm him down and put the shoes on his feet. I wish I caught her name as she deserves recognition for her excellent customer service!”
