My daughter went to the ATM near the Beach location on April 22, she made a deposit and the ATM machine did not show the money was in my account.She went to the branch and spoke with Ms. Nicky Santos, and she went above and beyond her normal duties to help my daughter get the money back in my accounts. Ms. Santos tried everything she could and that was awesome customer service. Then she called me today and assured me that the money was put back in my account. She demonstrated Excellent Customer Service.

Impossible to get a replacement card after it was stolen. The staff was entirely unhelpful and it is probably going to lead to me closing all my CFCU accounts after 20+ years as they are unwilling to help their customers.Their excuse is a shortage or plastic, however, every other stolen card was replaced very quickly including other Visa cards so I believe this is completely on them. Visa itself approved an emergency card and CFCU denied it.I look forward to filing reports with both state and federal agencies to get this investigated.

I have been a member of Community First Credit Union for over thirty years. From the very beginning they provided excellent service for me in banking, home mortgage, vehicle loans and customer service has always been a top priority. As I recall, they were among the first in offering online banking; one that was easily understood and that has remained easy to navigate even with todays rapid advancement of technology. Over the years, the faces at CFCU have changed but the characteristics of this group continue to set them apart. I have traveled and lived in many states during this thirty-plus years but my banking has remained with Community First Credit Union at the Jacksonville Beach Branch and will continue…..

Unfortunately this is a mixed review but the level of frustration that this financial institution brings me caused me to write this review.The people at this branch are great, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.The negative is that their mobile app for deposits and online banking is horrible. I use 3 different banking apps, including CFCU and theirs is by far the biggest headache. If you are looking for the covid of mobile banking I do not recommend CommuFirst.

had an issue with their ATM, they didn't care, not their fault - it's a 3rd party. Well, it's still your machine in your bank.an update and rating increase. after I posted a negative review, they reached out. the branch manager tried to track down the funds and review what happened. I appreciate him looking into it, and all of the time he spent, over the holidays too! but no 5 star, I am still out 300 bucks and I'll continue banking here but won't use their ATM

I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager Bruno. I was trying to buy a business from my partner and was told at first that it couldn’t be done. Bruno took the time to look into his capabilities, as a branch manager was thought only to be able to execute the certain actions necessary to convey the business into my name. Bruno went above and beyond in his duties all while having a smile on his face. He and his team made my day. Thank you very much for your superior service Bruno! I will be sending everyone I know to this credit union for that exact reason.

Inna Akimenko helped us resolve a problem with the new rewards program on our credit card. We had previously spent 1 day with the credit card company, no help. I full day with many phone calls to to the downtown credit union they couldn't resolve our problem. We met with Inna on Tuesday she called us back on Wednesday she had resolved our problem. She was knowledgeable, patient, persistent, diligent, and very pleasant to deal with. She understood our problem and worked until she had resolved the problem.

This credit union has helped me build my credit and I really felt like they were on my side to helping me achieve what I wanted. Kori was patient and stayed late to help me finish my appointment and was happy to do it.
