While renting my unit I ran into an issue with when my payment came due and when the funds would be available. I reached out to Ven & Jackie for help. They worked diligently to resolve my issue. They were very responsive and personable.i just want to SHOUTOUT the Herlong Rd, Jacksonville, Florida team!!!

I gave them 4 stars because they call your phone with too many reminders when you have made a reservation for the 31st. They called my phone every single day and it’s very irritating when you’re trying to get other things done. They were very pleasant in the office and my rental experience was good but the phone calls they gotta go! Just like today, I got an email regarding a review and then I got a reminder email regarding the review. Unfortunately, I have other things that have more important in my life and doing a review at this point and I don’t need to get continual emails.

I’ve been with CubeSmart for about a year and I can say there’s been a huge positive difference in customer service, enough for me to leave a review, and I never leave reviews. The store manager Tyshell has been very helpful, responsive, and accommodating when I needed assistance. I highly recommend this location.
