This facility is top notch. It’s very clean. The staff is nice. Especially Kim every time I would come visit. She was always there with a smile offering to help me out. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. If I could give Kim her own five stars, that’s what I would do. Coleman is another gem. No matter what time of day if Coleman is manning the front desk, he should’ve stopped by say hello and see if you need Anything while you’re there. He helped with a complicated transfer in consolidating storage units and help me find what I needed. In record time. He’s just one of the reasons why I keep on using public storage on San Pablo.

I want to give a huge thanks to Coleman for all of his help! I needed to find a storage unit asap and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. All the questions/concerns we had were answered. Especially when we asked to see what the storage unit we wanted to get looked like. He happily showed us and he even showed us to were the one we rented was! I highly recommend this storage place and want to say how lovely this experience has been. Great great great customer service and super sweet people!

I love these guys! I’ve been renting space here for a while now and they have always made me feel that my possessions are protected. They are very courteous and polite and I have never had any issues.

Just moved to Jacksonville Beach and needed to temporarily store most of our belongings. Coleman was extremely helpful, was very responsive, and even knew who we were when we walked in to the office for the first time! The place is clean, has great easy access, and affordable. I would highly recommend this storage unit.
