My wife came in today to pick up a couple of skin care items and while shopping opened a sparkling water drink from the refrigerator area and the CVS employee (black female) literally followed her around the store and asked tremendously rudely if she was going to pay for the drink, as if that was the first time she’d ever seen someone take a drink of something they were obviously going to buy when they checked out.
One of the weirdest experiences ever shopping, and this employee had a terrible and nasty attitude. Definitely will steer clear of this store in the future.

I had arrived at 12:27pm and was attended at the pharmacy at around 12:40 pm and was told my prescription would be ready in 20-30 minutes. To pass the time, I shopped around and returned to the pharmacy at 1:24 pm, expecting to pick it up. After providing my information, the staff informed me it was 1:28 pm and they were heading to lunch, so they couldn’t process my prescription. I was told to come back in 30 minutes.
Exhausted and feeling unwell from COVID and bronchitis, I went home to rest. After waking up, I returned at 6:21 pm through the drive-through and was finally attended to at 6:36 pm. At this point, a different staff member refused to process my prescription because there were other customers in line, and she didn’t want to take the time to do it. She told me to come back the next morning.
I was in urgent need of my medication, and after wasting my time and energy twice in one day, it became clear that my health was at the mercy of the staff’s mood and convenience. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning. Medicine is needed to prevent it turning into pneumonia so time is of the essence, hopefully tomorrow staff will be in a good mood and process my medicine and payment.
Do better.
P.S. attached is a time stamp from the item I shopped while waiting in vain.

The pharmacy here just cannot get their act together. They never know what's going on, it always takes a long time, and they constantly "didn't receive" prescriptions that were called in by different providers. It seems like the pharmacy is understaffed. Save your frustration. It's worth it to drive further to go to a different pharmacy.

They filled a prescription for my mom and gave her half of what was on the script. I called to see if they could have the other bottle delivered and they said no that we would have to come back to the store because of the type of medicine is a mixture. I told them that they filled the prescription incorrectly and she argued that they gave us the right medicine so it doesn’t count as incorrectly filling the prescription. Sounds like a lawyer is in charge of that and not someone who actually cares about their customers. My parents are moving all of their prescriptions to another company. Good riddance.

I ordered gummi bears via doordash from this location today on January 6, 2024, and the Best By date is December 2023. Shame on CVS for selling expired products to delivery customers. In another experience earlier this month, I went to pick up my prescription that I received text notification was ready. When I arrived, they tried to give me a different brand, when I told them that was not my prescription, they stated that my usual brand was out of stock. The pharmacist gave attitude when saying they could order it if I would like but it would be 1-2 days, and I said yes, then she came back shortly after with my correct prescription. So they weren’t actually out of stock and were just going to give me a different brand?

We were at CVS on December 31st. The employee named Paul, is an excellent person who helped us a lot. He was very dedicated to his customers and always made eye contact when speaking with us. We were impressed when he went above and beyond to locate the items we were looking for, and his hard work did not go unnoticed. Saying thank you to Paul is not enough to express our gratitude for his exceptional service. Paul always had a smile on his face, and his positive attitude made our experience even better. It's rare to find such dedicated employees and CVS is fortunate to have someone like Paul on their team. He is a valuable asset to the company, and his exceptional customer service skills should be emulated by others. Hats off to Mr. Paul.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly, however the people at the checkout are very rude and you feel a little racism, I was looking at the makeup while my husband was looking for me and the lady started chasing me down each aisle and asked me if I needed something every time I feel like he was looking at me like he was going to steal something from me! The worst thing is that I live in the complex next to the store and I always come here to buy the things I need and I always have to endure the same thing.

I called to refill my prescription four days ago and was told "tomorrow" everyday since. What you need is proper communication. Look, I don't care what day it's ready but you need to be honest. Saying tomorrow and wasting my time is disrespectful and I have more important things to do than come visit trashy employees daily.
