The only reason I gave 1 star is to write this review. On 01/30 I went to the ER with great pain. After my diagnosed. The doctor described some narcotic along with other meds. The next day at noon, I went to the CVS pharmacy at 2680 racetrack Road, to get my prescriptions. when I got there and my meds were not ready and my insurance was not accepted, therefore, I have to pay out of pocket for my meds . The lady who is helping said They’re out of the narcotics, then an she said she have nine pills . I said OK I’ll take it since I was in great pain. The pharmacist/ the lady was standing by the computer, said that I cannot pay for narcotic drugs out of pocket. She said that it is the CVS Policy. I said it is ok and I left. I called the ER to inform them that I need my meds to go to a different pharmacy because paying for it without insurance is not allow by the CVS policy. The nurse was surprised, and he decided to call CVS while I was on the line waiting for him . Those ladies told the ER nurse that not only they did not refused to give me the med. They also offered to give me some sort of discount because I was paying out pocket. Mind you, paid for my antibiotic $37+ without any discount and also when she handed me the antibiotic she didn’t even offer to put it in the bag nor to have the pharmacist go with me About my new prescription. Absolutely outrageous to have people like that to be working in place where human lifes in the line.

The store itself is ok. I find things rather quickly but the PHARMACY, they are rude af depending what day it is and who you get. Mandy or Michelle ? EVERY TIME I need my meds for pain (back surgery) they won’t fill them until AFTER they get back from lunch but will fill it just as they close for lunch! NEVER before 2pm. Something’s gotta give!!

Best pharmacy I have ever used. Pharmacy App is perfect. Always get text updates on refills and orders. Amd Michelle and her staff are really intelligent, hard working, friendly and helpful. Way to go CVS !!!!!!

I google what time cvs pharmacy open it said 8a then when I come in and they not open. I ask lady work there she said open at 9a I show her the goggles cvs pharmacy hours. She said apologize smh.

Bathroom is in need of an actual cleaning. The urinal has mold growing on it like it's never been cleaned. Soap dispenser was broken and did not have any soap. It's disgusting.

I’m not sure why this CVS has a low rating… everyone there was pleasant and kind— especially the lady who helped me at the pharmacy. I wish I had wrote down her name, I think she was the manager though! The kindness she showed me was amazing and she went far out of her way to help me.I wish there was more I could do to thank you!

They've told me my order will be ready tomorrow for like 5 days now. And they keep telling me they ordered it and it will get there at 1-2pm. Everyday. Day 5 and promised it will be ready at 5:55. Still not ready, and I called them 2 times today already about it. They also said it was $25 last week and now they say it's $940. Incompetent

I've frequented this CVS and it's always been pleasant. I've never had issues here and the Pharmacy has always taken care of me.

It was my first time using this pharmacy and JODI went above and beyond. I didn’t have an RX card, so he did a Good RX search for my son’s medications. JODI went above and beyond—he showed great kindness and awesome customer service. Thank you!!!

This place is the hands down worst pharmacy I've dealt with. Never been expeditious for years, but this occasion they totally screwed me. I wasn't able to pick up my Rx without an ID which is totally fair. I came back later to pick up and rather than hold they just deleted the entire order from their system. Why is human error the expectation rather than exception with CVS.

Was just in the pharmacy at 1:30 and was told they are closed for lunch. LMAO! Is this a doctors office now?? Ridiculous. I guess all pharmacists and techs have to eat lunch together.

Since when is it a requirement to provide a phone number in order to pick up a prescription? If it is not store policy, then someone in the pharmacy needs to be trained to not insist that customers provide their phone number. If it is a store policy, what exactly is CVS doing with phone numbers of customers? Selling them to telemarketers? No thanks! I get enough spam calls as it is!
