The Jacksonville Gems love working with Dance Trance. The staff and studio are amazing. We loved our time in this studio and we look forward to coming back.
Dance Trance is more than just a dance fitness program. It's a way of life centered around music and dance that helps you stay physically fit. You can tone and shape, build your cardiovascular endurance, and loose weight all while picking up “off the chain” dance moves! Our San Marco studio was destroyed by the hurricane. Our new Downtown Jax location opened October 2017. The first Jacksonville location in Neptune Beach celebrates its 16th anniversary this year!
