Don't. Bother coming here for shoes. They don't hàve your size! Ànd if you do find something you want, good luck finding someone who will help check you out!! Used to be this store had very good customer service. Suppose DEI put an end to that? Time to replace the DEI Hires with qualified people!!

We went to get football cleats for my son- we first asked a young girl working- she simply stated “you need to go upstairs for shoes” I asked her to clarify as we were standing downstairs in the shoe dept. I asked if we should take the shoes we want to try on upstairs? Again- confused on what she was telling us to do and why. She kinda just walked away at that point - We went upstairs and found the store manager and another associate. We did see one small section of about 2-3 shoes - When the new associate was helping us I asked why we were directed upstairs and he said he had no clue why - he did help us the rest of the time…
Just odd service I guess?

I can not express my disappointment with just a star rating. ZERO customer service. Had to ask an associate (who was just standing there) to help me. I asked for an opinion on Brooks vs New Balance, when she replied I don't know, I should have left. But I came here specifically so I could try on different brands of shoes. She scanned the 2 styles I was interested in eventually came back with the shoes and BOOM gone. I was never asked about the shoes, if I wanted to try on any others, nope, nothing. I could have walked out the store with a BOGO on sneakers and no one would have known.

Fair. The store has a good selection of clothes and athletic wear. It looks a little run down especially upstairs where the exercise equipment is. No big deal there. What was the low point was the employees. Very few made eye contact. No one asked if we needed help. The bright spot was the cashier who was very nice but had a problem removing the magnetic tags. She was the best. She said she is only seasonal.

Went to St John's location looking for shoes. The young sales person Asked what I wanted. He said I will go look, never comes back . Did this twice. I left.
The shoes I wanted was ,$140.

I was misled I did a delivery order I got confirmation and item didn’t arrive as scheduled. Next day I received email saying order canceled no explanation.

Every time I go to this store, there are 2-3 managers standing in the middle of the store chitchatting. Can’t wait for this clueless, ran by idiots overpriced store to file for chapter 11. Their corporate culture is also horrendous, according to their own employees.

I purchased a canopy from DSG on 07/03, when we set it up it had one section bent and we realized it wasn’t as nice as we hoped. On 07/05 I went to return it, receipt in hand. I was told by the manager due to their new systems they could not return payment to the original card and was I was forced to accept a gift card even though a visa was used to purchase and I had the same visa in hand. Every other retailer even has an option to receive cash since it’s debit. I asked for the store manager and the MOD with little man syndrome, that offered zero solutions, zero empathy and has zero customer service skills told me he was the only person I could speak to. Do not go to this location and I’ll be shopping at Academy from here on.

Customer service in shoe section was horrible. I wanted to shoe to try on. The employee had the shoe I wanted but never came back out with the shoe. Waited for 20 minutes and never got the shoe

Purchased an exercise bike, put it together and it was too big for my small apartment. Tried to return it within the 90 day period with the receipt, but since it’s assembled they won’t take it back. Never gonna buy anything there again!

Horrible customer service to our minority population, but they can return worn sneakers to a Caucasian who was next line over just because they didn't like them. I am not endorsing this store nor purchasing protection plans anymore, and I am only shopping at Academy or Bass Pro Shop when they open unless they also do something Thanks to(Brad) the ASM, and Cooper their Team leader for not handling my matter as expected by a long-time ex-costumer.
