“Tried to walk in at 7:45 when they close at 8 which says it on the door, the entry doors were locked but the exit doors were unlocked, I was first ambushed not greeted by Ms. Allen white older lady with pink short hair and she didn’t even say hello the first words were, “We Close in 15 minutes” I had to say hello to her! Julisha greeted me properly and I thank her for turning my not so good experience into a better one considering I’m here ALL the time. Joana is awesome too!”

“Good place to find some deals on various items, kinda like a TJMax, clientele is about average for this area, music was off-putting. Staff was friendly and store was clean though.”
“This was my 2nd visit to the store. The 1st time was in the summer. The store looked so much bigger in my mind at that time. This last visit has brought me back to reality since we were going from one dollar tree to the next the last few days out of boredom.
They seem fairly neat, but they were putting out merchandise, and some aisles were limited in walking space for this reason. They did need the merchandise post Christmas and New Year's shoppers. I do look forward to venturing out of my way in less busy seasons in the future.”
“With so many Dollar trees in Jacksonville. It's hard to decide if any are better than any others. However, this one is my favorite in the area and there are 3 in the area. The Snack Zone is always well stocked as well as the household section.”
“I‘m in here *all* the time between my own shopping and my job, and this is by far the best Dollar General in Jacksonville. While all their employees are fantastic, Amanda is honestly the highlight - she is friendly and personable and engages customers while ringing them up. She‘s always eager to help both her coworkers and shoppers. She deserves a lot more credit than she gets.”

“Always a nice place to shop and save money. The checkout is trying at times due to being busy. They don't seem to have enough staff to run two registers at the same. The may have a line of 15 and don't see the need for another person running a checkout. But other than the dreaded waiting to checkout and get going back to whatever else you have had planned for the day it's a nice time”
“This is now my favorite store on the westside for gas, cigs and... Other stuff... Great prices, it's clean, employees are cool. Never had any probs or issues with anything or anyone. I do wish other customers that have tried some of the d8 products would help give reviews with a little guidance as to the kinds they've tried, or which are the best. “I haven't been here in years. Came with one of my kids to get stuff for school Valentine's Day stuff. Apparently it's not just 1.25 per item they have $2, 5, 10 items. ?. I didn't know that. ?. But everything is clearly labeled and should not be a surprise. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice things they still got. Was the store perfect, no, but it was manageable and I got what we needed. Thanks.”

“The store is nice. They carry quality items such as clean, colored glass candles and a variety of sweetgrass baskets. I have a beautiful large sweetgrass basket with white cloth handles. Also, I like my gold metal butterfly clip for a nice optional accent. I really like the wooden handheld nutcrackers they carry around Christmas time. I wish to use them for craft. I wish surrounding community valued the shop more.

“These guys make me laugh because they analytically track and mock my purchases lol. Today, I was slandered with a poor attempt to slander my name in small town Clay Hill with no basis. Go sit in the bathroom for a couple minutes & then go do your job Sherlock! I do mine second shift every night too without harassing my customers. ?”
“I absolutely love this store! This is the only location I have visited. Store is well organized. Always greeted with friendliness. Wide variety of merchandise with super low prices! I absolutely love the book section! I usually find everything i need in one stop. So convenient not having to stop several places on the way home. Also great place to go when you have time to just browse around. One of my favorite places to shop!”

“Every time I visit this place, it's almost like I can't believe it and I gotta come back and do it quality assurance check. It's almost too good to be true, a dollar store that is neat and organized but it is! I have been consciously coming back to prove myself wrong since last fall. This place hasn't let me down yet. And the people are nice. they are busy cleaning things up, putting things up. As I watch the employees, no one is wasting time. They are quick to respond when the line gets long, and they communicate respectfully to each other. These days when we have a dollar store on every corner, Ive got lots of choices. And my choice is to go somewhere where I can find things easily and have less clutter in my head, than I already have to work with, by being offered a neat set of aisles to browse. This company should come and study and find out what makes this place special and what's missing in others. I will drive out of my way to stop here instead of some ordinary place. The less things cost, the less the quality of human experience you seem to get. But this place turns that idea on its head.”
“I'm reluctantly giving them 5 stars! ? Every associate in there knows I hate this store!?? (That's why they see me in so many repeat visits!) No matter how focused I am on getting the one thing I came to get, I ALWAYS leave there with more!! “This store is a treasure hunt of amazing finds. They have furniture small appliances and food deals. The bulk of the stock seems to come from BJs and Costco. Check expiration dates as always. There is an upcharge for using cards instead of cash but there are still deals to be found.”
