Although the name of the bank is on the building, the actual bank is not inside the building at all. Ridiculous if you ask me.

I have an open claim with this bank concerning a wire transfer. My bank’s fraud department has been trying to contact them and they have not responded for MONTHS. They are holding my money hostage. Now going on 5 months. Impossible to find a real person there to talk to. Awful.

Was on a flight with one of their corporate employees and they couldn't figure out how to plug a two-pronged outlet into a socket. Didn't exactly fill me with confidence.
