You would think a big FedEx shipping center such as the one on Commonwealth Avenue would be able to package your item if you have something to ship, but instead, I was told I would have to go package it myself and then I may or may not be charged for the items they have depending on the QR code. If this is an example of FedEx service, I am not impressed.

After reading the comments about understaffed facility, I was unsure but due to time I gave it a shot…. 1 person running the front desk, took me 37 minutes to ship a box that took me 3 mins to complete that transaction but to get there… wasted a lot of my time. Manager on duty didn’t even seem to care.. walked in and walked back out with 8 people in the waiting room. Please hire more staff or have the manager assist when it gets busy… value your customers time.
