The worst of the worst courier . They delayed my overnight priority package twice without any valid reason. Their driver claiming no one home, but my security camera clearly showed the driver never came to my door.

Something wrong with the delivery drivers. First instance we had, the driver delivered our chicken feed we ordered from Chewy to an RV park less than a mile from our house. Now today I come home to find two bags of chicken feed from Tractor Supply delivered by FedEx. The only problem is that I didn’t order chicken feed from Tractor Supply, I ordered some WeatherTech floor mats. When I saw the picture of my item that was delivered, it was a picture of the house that was supposed to get the chicken feed. That house is about a mile away also.

What a joke! FedEx needs to rid itself of the cancer it calls the Jacksonville Ship Center. They claim to make deliveries and just claim no one was home. This happened to 5 shipments of mine this weekend. Of course, no one at the main FedEx customer service can do a dang thing about it.

Good luck getting in touch with customer service! Such a scam these drivers run, they mark a package as delivered...the package never leaves their truck. They deliver the package when theyre good and ready. You cant call and speak to a human just an automated system that cant understand THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED YOUR DRIVERS ARE SCAMMING THE SYSTEM!!!! Absolutely the worse customer service of any delivery company.

Easy in and out , I'm a bit disabled and they had chairs I could sit and wait my turn in line . The worker was quick polite to extreme and helped me by moving the chair I had moved back into position for me. So nice he was .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Have something coming in that’s in 2 boxes. Checked tracking and it said that it’s out for delivery on Wednesday. Then tracking says Return For Inspection. Then a guy in a Penske truck came and dropped off one box and said the second one should be here next day. Checked tracking Thursday and said Out For Delivery. At 4:20 I called FedEx and they said they had till End Of Day. Checked tracking at 8:00 and now it says Returned For Inspection and delivery date went to Pending. Called FedEx and all I could get was what I was seeing online and the typical I’m Sorry! Called FedEx today and wad told it was being inspected but they are Short Staffed so the inspector is multitasked. So, now they can’t tell me when I get the second box!!! I LOVE UPS!!!!

So they mess up my delivery time due to a stupid barcode that they immediately replaced and i ended up at the f’n back my delivery was scheduled to be delivered to a school to pick up they close at 5 and these losers talking about delivery at end of day.

I’m so sick of dealing with FedEx . 3rd day in a row my package was suppose to be here, and the driver claims residents wasn’t home/open. When I’m here every single day . Not ONE driver has even attempted to turn into my yard much less deliver my package. Been on the phone with FedEx Shipment every single day. The only answer I get is that my package is there and they will deliver tomorrow. This is a reoccurring issue with FedEx. If Amazon and UPS can deliver my packages on time and correctly it shouldn’t be an issue ! Including the fact my package DOESNT NEED A SIGNATURE! Guess I’ll be on the phone with management again tomorrow . FedEx really need to get their priorities together or hire some people who will actually do their job.
